Testimonial

I have known and relied on Ken since 1989 as a trusted personal and business legal advisor. I have always found him to be very insightful and practical with a variety of approaches.  Ken helped guide Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (now Keurig Green Mountain) practically from inception as a small, privately held company through numerous financing transactions, operating as a public company and various acquisitions, including the initial acquisition of Keurig and SEC matters.  Since stepping down as Chairman, they continue to advise me on a range of private investments including Heritage Flight, Vermont Organics Reclamation, personal trust and other private matters.”  – Bob Stiller, Former Chairman/CEO of Keurig Green Mountain
