Hear Forward Acquired by Dealer.com

Merritt & Merritt & Moulton recently served as legal counsel for social media company, Hear Forward, that was acquired on Friday, August 17, by Dealer.com. Hear Forward was co-founded by the Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies (VCET) about 2 years ago.  Check out more info posted by VCET president, David Bradbury.
